Field Care Supervisor

Location: 119–129 South Street, Romford, RM1 1NX

Hours: 37.5 hrs/week | Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Reports to: Branch Care Manager

Anytime Care 2020 is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred care in the community. We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our Romford team and help maintain our exceptional standards of service.

About the Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supporting our care teams, monitoring service quality, and ensuring our clients receive the best possible care. You’ll carry out assessments, supervise care staff, and maintain accurate records in line with our policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Conduct care assessments and regular reviews to ensure client needs are met

·        Supervise and support care staff, including spot checks and appraisals

·        Maintain accurate client and staff records in line with GDPR

·        Audit care files, MAR charts, and daily logs

·        Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of care staff

·        Help coordinate rotas and match carers to clients effectively

·        Promote Anytime Care 2020 services within the community

·        Participate in the on-call rota when required

About You

·        Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar supervisory role

·        Knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards

·        Strong communication and organisational skills

·        Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

·        IT literate with experience using care management systems (CM2000 desirable)
