Role Responsibilities

• Match care staff to clients based on skills, needs, and compatibility.
•  Create and manage efficient staff rotas.
• Maintain accurate staff and client records (CQC compliance).
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff supervision.
•  Liaise with health and social care professionals.
•  Monitor service quality and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in on-call duties (rotational).

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in care coordination or similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable.
• Able to work under pressure and keep a sense of humour.
